Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if not prepaid by us) will be deducted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@ettstore.com.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:
