Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or delays from suppliers, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (South Africa): 2–5 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and courier availability)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or courier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. ETT Store is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Damages
ETT Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
